Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frooti platform, operated by Manu Martin Inc DBA Aumtrix ("Frooti", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing frooti.co or any Frooti plugin, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using Frooti on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
Frooti provides a plugin marketplace and SaaS platform including AI chat widgets, CRM tools, security scanning and analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Frooti to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited messages or engage in deceptive practices
- Collect personal data without appropriate consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
- Harass, abuse or harm others
- Infringe intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payments are processed by Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). We do not store payment card details.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Frooti is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using Frooti, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All Frooti software, designs, trademarks and content are owned by Manu Martin Inc DBA Aumtrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Your content remains yours.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Frooti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Frooti ceases and we will delete your data within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Frooti after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
